3. How We Share Your Information

- Service providers: Twilio (SMS and voice delivery), Google Workspace (email), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI assistance for content generation, never used to make lending decisions), Microsoft Azure (cloud hosting), CosmosDB (data storage), Netlify (website hosting), BatchData (skip-trace verification), FRED (federal reserve rate data)
- Credit bureaus, title companies, appraisers, escrow officers, insurance providers required to close your loan
- Government agencies and regulators when required by law (CFPB, state regulators, NMLS)
- Law enforcement when compelled by valid legal process
4. SMS / Text Messaging
