1. Services

Rebuilt Web Studio provides website design, hosting, maintenance, and support services for small businesses ("Services"). Services include:

Custom website design and development
Website hosting on our infrastructure (Cloudflare)
SSL certificate provisioning and management
Ongoing maintenance and content updates
SEO optimization and monitoring
Client support via chat, text, and email

2. Pricing and Payment

Setup Fee: $250 one-time, due at project kickoff
Monthly Fee: $50/month, billed automatically via credit/debit card
Payment Processor: Stripe (PCI compliant)
Billing Cycle: Monthly, starting on the date of first payment
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge the card 3 times over 7 days. If all attempts fail, the site may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.

3. What You Get

4. Domain Ownership

Your domain name belongs to YOU. We do not register domains in our name without your written consent. If you cancel, you keep your domain. We will assist with DNS transfer back to your control at no charge.

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You own all text, photos, logos, and other content you provide to us. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
Our Work: The website design, code, and structure created by Rebuilt Web Studio is our work product. Upon full payment of setup fees, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the design.
Upon Cancellation: We will provide you with an export of your website files (HTML, CSS, images) at no charge.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with no penalty or cancellation fee
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
No refunds for partial months
Setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun
We will export your site files upon request
DNS grace period: your site remains live for 30 days after cancellation to allow migration

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to: - Host illegal content or promote illegal activities - Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content - Violate intellectual property rights of others - Host adult content without prior written agreement - Attempt to access other clients' sites or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations.

8. Uptime and Liability

We target 99.9% uptime using Cloudflare's global infrastructure
We are not liable for downtime caused by: Cloudflare outages, DNS propagation delays, your domain registrar issues, or force majeure events
Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 3 months preceding the claim
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results

9. Data and Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
We do not sell your personal information or your clients' data
Contact form submissions are delivered to you and stored temporarily for backup purposes
We use Cloudflare for hosting and Stripe for payments. Their respective privacy policies apply.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Josephine County, Oregon.
